Yes, you can cancel your withdrawal if it was requested less than 2 minutes ago. During this short window, the cancellation option will be automatically available.
How to cancel a withdrawal
- Log in to your Betano account
- Go to My Account > Transactions > Cancel Withdrawal
- You’ll see recent withdrawals that are still within the allowed cancellation time
- Click Cancel next to the relevant transaction
Once canceled, the funds will be immediately returned to your Betano account.
What if I want to change my withdrawal details?
If you need to update the information or method used for a withdrawal, you’ll first need to cancel it (following the steps above), and then:
Submit a new withdrawal request with the correct details.
Important note: You can only cancel your withdrawal if it’s still within the allowed time frame (approximately 2 minutes after the request was made).
Why don’t I see the option to cancel?
If you don’t see the cancel button, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
The withdrawal has already been processed: If your request has already been completed by our team or sent to the payment provider, the process is irreversible and cannot be canceled.
You have pending requirements: If your withdrawal is on hold because you need to upload a verification document or meet a wagering requirement (rollover), you must complete that step before you can manage your funds again.
Responsible Gaming limits: If you have activated a restriction on your account that prevents withdrawal cancellations, the system will block this option to protect you. This setting can be configured in the Player Protection section of your account.
