To withdraw funds using the ProntoPaga method in Peru, you must have a verified mobile number saved in your My Account profile.
If your number is not verified, the withdrawal may fail, and the funds will not be processed successfully.
How to verify your mobile number
- Log in to your Betano account.
- Go to My Account → Profile → Personal details.
- In the Mobile section, click Edit.
- Click Verify your mobile number.
- Enter your password.
- You will receive a 4-digit code via SMS.
- Enter the code on the platform and confirm.
That’s it! Your number will be verified, and you’ll be able to withdraw with ProntoPaga without any issues.
Important
- You only need to verify your number once (unless you change it).
- If your number is outdated or inactive, update it and repeat the verification process.
- This step is essential to avoid delays or rejected withdrawals.
