Using the bonus in Casino
The bonus must be wagered a specific number of times in the Casino.
If you request a withdrawal before meeting the requirement, the bonus and its winnings will be automatically canceled.
You can check your real and bonus balance in your account.
If a game with bonus money is paused and the campaign expires, the bonus and its winnings are voided.
Each game contributes differently; some are excluded and do not count.
Bets with bonus money above the limit per spin are not allowed.
Canceled/voided games or rounds do not contribute.
You have 60 days to complete the requirement; after that period the bonus expires.
Using the bonus in Sports Betting
The total of the bonus + deposit must be wagered a specific number of times, according to your account or Help Center.
If you request a withdrawal before meeting the requirement, the bonus will be canceled.
Only bets with allowed odds count; you can see them in your account.
Selections with SuperOdds do not count towards the requirement.
Null, canceled, contradictory bets, and Cash Out do not add up.
Excluded markets: Double chance, Correct score, Handicap, victory margin, and Asian markets.
The requirement must be met within 30 days from activation.
