How to Reactivate It?
Follow these steps:

- Enter your usual credentials
- You will see a message indicating that your account is inactive
- Access the reactivation link available on the screen
- Complete the indicated steps
Once the process is completed, your account will be automatically reactivated.
What You Should Know
This process is available for accounts that were suspended due to prolonged inactivity.
It does not apply in the following cases:
- Accounts closed due to self-exclusion
- Accounts with the “Temporary Account Closure” option active
- Accounts where personal data deletion was requested
