If your participation in a game is interrupted after placing a bet, whether due to a communication system failure, a lost connection, or a problem with your device, the system will apply the following procedure to ensure that your game is resolved fairly.
What happens to the game?
- The game will automatically conclude with the last play made before the incident occurred.
- No additional plays, extra spins, or automatic rounds will be generated on your behalf: the session closes exactly at the point where you last placed a bet.
- Once the system is restored, you can view the game's final result by going to History > Transactions.
If the result was favorable
- Don't worry! Your winnings will be credited to your account automatically and immediately, with no further action required on your part.
