Your bet may be canceled or voided for several reasons, and this is always done according to our Betting Rules, never deliberately. If your bet appears as voided or canceled, the cause is usually one of the following:
- Odds error: the odds displayed when you placed the bet were incorrect.
- Postponed or canceled event: the match or competition was not played on the scheduled date.
- Technical issues: an error occurred during the bet confirmation process.
- Duplicate bets: more than one bet was placed on the same market.
- Unverifiable result: it was not possible to confirm the event's final result.
- Other reasons: any other case covered by the Betting Rules.
When a market is voided, the effect on your bet depends on its type. Voiding has a different impact if your bet is single or parlay. To learn about these differences, see the article “My bet was voided. What will happen?”.
