No, it is not possible to cancel a bet or any part of it once it has been successfully placed. This is established in the Betting Rules (section 1.2). This applies to straight bets, parlays, and any individual selection within them.
The only thing that can happen after placing a bet is that selections are voided, and only when the Betting Rules specify it for that case. This is not a cancellation you can request.
What can I do if I placed a bet by mistake?
If you placed a bet by mistake, check whether Cash Out is available for your bet. This feature allows you to close the bet before the event ends and recover part of the amount, based on the value offered at that time.
- Go to your betting slip.
- Look for the Cash Out button on the bet you placed by mistake.
- Review the amount offered.
- Click Cash Out and confirm.
If you do not see the button, Cash Out is not available for that bet at this time, and there is no other way to cancel it.
Why isn't Cash Out always available?
Cash Out is an offer, so it is not guaranteed to be available for all markets, events, or at all times.
- Not all bets or markets include it.
- It may appear or disappear during the event.
- The value offered changes based on the timing of the event, the odds, and what is happening in the game.
- That is why the amount you recover may be less than, equal to, or greater than the amount you bet.
