Event notifications are alerts that let you know about the most important moments of an event you decided to follow. This way, you don't need to keep the event page open to find out what's happening.
Depending on the event, you may receive alerts for these moments:
- Event start
- Key moments
- Halftime
- Final result
How to turn on event notifications
To turn on event notifications, open the event page and select the bell icon. Before you begin, make sure you meet these two requirements:
- You are signed in to your account.
- You have Betano notifications enabled in your mobile device or web browser settings.
Then follow these steps:
- Open the page for the event you want to follow from your phone or the web.
- Select the bell icon, which appears at the top of the event. The notifications menu will open.
- Choose the types of alerts you want to receive: event start, key moments, halftime, or final result, depending on what that event offers.
How to turn off event notifications
To stop receiving notifications for an event, open its notifications menu and turn off the options you selected. This applies if you no longer want to be notified about the start, halftime, key moments, or final result of that event.
- Open the event page and select the bell icon.
- Deselect all the options you had selected, or click the toggle in the upper-right corner.
