You may see an available balance in your account but be unable to withdraw the full amount.
This is because your balance is divided into different categories, and only part of it may be eligible for withdrawal.
Where can I view the different balances?
To check the details, follow these steps:
Log in to your account.
Go to My Account > Transactions > Withdrawals.
You’ll see the following types of balances:
Balance: the total amount of funds in your account
Available to bet: the amount you can use for placing bets
Available to withdraw: the amount you can currently withdraw
These values are clearly displayed so you always know how much you can use or withdraw.
What can limit a withdrawal?
Some reasons why you may not be able to withdraw your full balance:
- Funds deposited without wagering: For security reasons, all deposited funds must be wagered on the platform before they can be withdrawn. If you try to withdraw a deposit without having played, the request will be canceled.
- You have an active bonus with pending wagering requirements (rollover).
- You have ongoing bets or funds pending validation.
- Identity verification or payment method verification has not yet been completed.
Important: If you have an active bonus, requesting a withdrawal will automatically cancel the bonus and the corresponding amount will be deducted from your account.
Are there any exceptions for withdrawing non-wagered funds?
A refund of non-wagered funds will only be considered if your account has an exceptional condition that prevents you from using the platform, such as:
- Strict Responsible Gaming restrictions or limits.
- Technical limitations on your account that prevent you from placing bets.
