When should I contact support?
Cash deposits
If you made a cash deposit through BBVA, BCP, Interbank, KasNet, PagaYa!, Caja Municipal Ica, or Tambo, and it hasn’t been credited within 24 hours, contact support immediately. These cases require priority validation.
Bank transfer or other electronic methods
If you made a deposit via electronic means and more than 3 business days have passed without it being reflected in your account, you should also contact our Customer Service Department.
