If you no longer have access to a card you previously registered on your Betano account, but need to validate it as part of a verification process, you can do so by submitting proof of cancellation, renewal, or blocking of the card.
What documents are accepted?
You may submit one of the following valid documents:
- An official document issued by your bank confirming the cancellation, renewal, or blocking of the card
- A screenshot of an email sent by your bank with that confirmation
- A screenshot from your bank app showing the current status of the card (e.g., “cancelled,” “expired,” or “blocked”)
Where should I send this information?

Scroll down to the bottom of this page and open the contact form.

In Category, select Identity Verification (KYC).

In Topic, select Payment method verification.

In the Message field, write: “Card validation not available” and briefly describe the issue.

In File upload, attach the required documents (e.g., proof of payment method in PDF or a clear screenshot).
