When is an account considered inactive?
An account is considered inactive if there is no activity for a continuous period of 12 months, including:
- Not logging in
- Not placing bets
- Not making deposits or withdrawals
- Not participating in any games or promotions
Will any fee be applied?
No. Even if your account is considered inactive after that time, no fees will be charged, and your available balance will remain intact.
How to keep your account active
To keep your account active, simply perform at least one action within 12 months, such as:
- Logging into your account
- Placing a bet
- Making a deposit or withdrawal
