If you have a complaint, grievance, or dispute related to games, transactions, or other Betano services, you can submit it directly from your account. We do our best to resolve each case promptly.
How does the process work?
- Complete the complaint form as soon as possible after the incident. Include a clear summary of the issue, the date and time, the reasons for the complaint, and any relevant information.
- Betano will respond to your complaint within 10 days, with the possibility of extending this period by up to an additional 30 days, after notifying you in advance.
What if you are not satisfied with the resolution?
If you are not satisfied with Betano’s response, you can direct your complaint to the competent regulatory authority: Malta Gaming Authority (MGA).
