- Go to My Account → History → Settled Bets and copy the Bet Code (Bet ID) of the bet you want to dispute.
- Find the evidence that proves the discrepancy. You need the direct link (URL) from OPTA or the official league. Copy it and have it ready.

Include the Bet Code, the evidence link, and a brief explanation of what result you expected in your message. This allows our team to review your settlement without asking you for additional information.
What evidence is accepted for disputing an incorrect settlement
To review a bet that you believe was settled incorrectly, only OPTA statistics are taken into account. For cards and corner kicks, information from the official competition authority is also accepted.
These sources are not considered evidence:
- Recordings made with a cell phone.
- Photos.
- Screenshots of pages that are not OPTA or official organizations.
If your claim regarding an incorrectly paid bet or an incorrect result does not include a link from OPTA or the official organization, the team will not be able to validate the discrepancy. That is why it is a good idea to have the link ready before contacting us.
