For bets with decimal odds, the total payout is calculated by multiplying the stake by the bet odds.
How is this calculated?
- Single bet: Stake × Odds
- Multiple bet: Stake × Odds 1 × Odds 2 × Odds 3...
- The net winnings are calculated by subtracting the stake from the total payout.
Example: Single bet
- Stake: S/10
- Odds: 2.00
- Calculation: S/10 × 1.80 = S/18
- Total payout: S/18 (Includes the stake)
- Net winnings: S/8
Example: Multiple bet
A S/10 bet with 3 selections:
- Selection 1: 1.50
- Selection 2: 2.00
- Selection 3: 1.80
Calculation: S/10 × 1.50 × 2.00 × 1.80 = S/54
- Total payout: S/54
- Net winnings: S/44
What happens if a selection is voided?
- A voided selection is assigned odds of 1.00 for the calculation. It is as if that selection never existed.
- In a multiple bet, the remaining selections continue to affect the final payout.
- In a Bet Builder, if one selection is voided, the entire Bet Builder selection is voided (T&C 15.5).
Example:
- Stake: S/10
- Odds: 2.00 × 1.80 × 1.00 (Voided)
- Calculation: S/10 × 2.00 × 1.80 × 1.00 = S/36
- Total payout: S/36
Important information:
- Decimal odds = Total payout / Stake.
- Odds of 2.00 are a double multiplier. In other words, if you bet S/15, you receive a total payout of S/30.
- The final payout may vary if a selection is voided, if specific betting rules apply, or if the bet slip includes a promotional booster.
