The Substitution Before Halftime offer refunds your pre-match bet if the player you selected leaves the game before halftime and the outcome of your bet has not yet been determined. It applies to bets placed before the start of the match on selected football player markets; it does not apply to In-Play bets.
How is my bet settled if the player is substituted?
- If your bet is a single, it is voided and your stake is refunded.
- If it is a system bet, only the selection of the substituted player is voided; the rest of the bet continues.
- If it is a multiple bet, the entire bet is voided and the stake is refunded, according to Bet Builder terms.
- Winnings are credited as soon as possible after the substitution, although in some cases settlement may be delayed until the end of the match.
When does this offer not apply?
It does not apply if you cashed out your bet, or if the selected player was sent off by referee decision (red card or two yellow cards) before halftime. It also does not apply if your account has active restrictions.
