What are the eligibility requirements?
For a player to qualify under the Goodwill Offer, the following conditions must be strictly met:
- The player must have actively participated during the first half of the game.
- They must not have returned to the court at any point in the second half.
- Their absence must be the result of a confirmed injury.
- The withdrawal cannot be due to tactical, disciplinary, or precautionary decisions.
What happens to bets in case of injury?
- Unsettled bets: All open bets linked to the injured player’s performance will be voided and refunded where applicable under the policy.
- Settled bets: Markets that have already been closed before the official confirmation of the injury will retain their original result, regardless of any subsequent events.
This policy applies exclusively to incidents related to verified injuries.
How is the injury confirmed?
- If the injury is officially confirmed during the game, the process is activated immediately.
- If there is no real-time confirmation, the situation may be reviewed and activated later based on reliable official sources such as: team announcements, league reports, and recognized sports media.
- The injury must have occurred during the first half.
- It does not apply if the injury occurs at halftime or in the second half.
- The player must not return to the game at any point in the second half.
In what cases does the offer not apply?
The Goodwill Offer does not apply in the following cases:
- Players withdrawn due to tactical decisions (rotation, rest, foul trouble, or load management).
- Pre-existing or known injuries that influenced the coach’s decision.
- Cases with unclear or unverified injury information.
- Injuries occurring after the end of the first half.
