Requests to increase limits take effect after 24 hours.
Withdrawal Request Cancellation
This option allows you to decide whether to allow or not the cancellation of withdrawal requests.
If you disable cancellation, the change takes effect immediately.
If you enable it again, the modification will take effect 24 hours later.
By default, the option “Allow withdrawal request cancellation” is enabled.
Session Timer
The session timer notifies you when you reach the gaming time you set during an active session.
You can set reminders between 1 and 8 hours, or disable this feature.
Reducing the configured time applies immediately.
Increases or disabling the timer take effect after 24 hours.
Reality Check
The Reality Check sends you periodic reminders with information about the duration of your gaming session and your winnings and losses during that period.
You can enable or disable it at any time.
If you request to disable it, the change will be applied after 24 hours.
Temporary Account Closure
Temporary account closure allows you to suspend access to your account for a set period.
You can choose a duration of:
24 hours
48 hours
7 days
30 days
You can apply the temporary closure to Sports Betting and/or Casino.
The closure takes effect immediately.
If you request to reduce the duration or scope of the closure, the change will be applied after 7 days.
Self-Exclusion
Self-exclusion is a more restrictive measure that allows you to block access to your account for an extended period.
The available options are:
6 months
12 months
24 months
Indefinite
You can self-exclude from Sports Betting and/or Casino.
Any request to reduce or cancel self-exclusion will be evaluated and, if approved, will take effect after 7 days.
