For security reasons, your account will be automatically locked after 3 failed login attempts.
🔐 What happens when the account is locked?
A pop-up window will appear where you must enter:
Your registered phone number, email address or DNI
Your date of birth
If the information is correct, you will receive a 4 or 5 digit code via email or SMS. Enter this code on the next screen, update your password, and your account will be automatically reactivated.

In Subject, select Account Reactivation.
In the Message field, write: Account unlock due to failed login attempts and include the following information:
Full name
Identification number
Date of birth
