How can I submit my documents for verification?

You can upload your documents directly from your Betano account by following these steps:

1. Log in
2. Go to Account > Profile > Identity Documents > Verification Process
3. Upload each file in the corresponding field

What happens next?

Once the documents have been reviewed:

• We will notify you by email and with a message within your account
• If everything is correct, you will receive confirmation that your account has been successfully verified
  If additional documentation is required, we will also inform you through the same channels
