How do I submit my documents for verification on Betano?

Have your documents ready before you begin; the requirements for each photo are in What documents are required to verify my account?

1. Log in to your Betano account.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Select Verification Process.
4. Select the type of document you are going to upload.
5. Attach the corresponding photos in each assigned field.
6. Click Submit / Upload.

What happens after I submit my verification documents?

Betano reviews your documents within a maximum of 72 business hours. Once the review is complete, the following occurs:

• Notification: Betano informs you of the result by email and with a notification in your account.
• Approval: your account is verified, and you can use it without restrictions.
• Rejection: Betano tells you the reason and which document you need to upload again.
