How long does it take to verify my documents?
The verification of all documents you upload to your account—whether they are identity documents, bank statements, or any other type—is handled by our dedicated departments.
The validation time may vary depending on the number of requests. However, we maintain a maximum processing time of up to 72 business hours from the moment the documents have been successfully uploaded to the platform.
How to check the status of your verification
You can check the status at any time from your account: Profile > Verification Process
There, you will see whether your documents have been approved, are under review, or if any additional action is required from you.
