You can check the status at any time from your Betano account:
- Log in to your Betano account.
- Go to Profile.
- Select Verification Process.
There, you can see the status of each uploaded document:
- Under review / Pending: Betano received your document and its team is reviewing it.
- Approved / Verified: your document was validated, and your account or payment method is now enabled.
- Rejected / Action required: the document did not meet a requirement, for example, because the photo was blurry, the document was expired, or the edges were cut off. You can see the specific reason next to the status, along with the option to upload it again.
Why can my Betano account verification take up to 72 business hours?
Verification can take up to 72 business hours because some cases require a more detailed review:
- Image quality: photos with glare, shadows, or information that is difficult to read.
- Additional documentation: cases in which the ownership of cards, bank accounts, or other transactions must be verified.
- High volume of requests: periods of high demand or special promotions.
If more than 72 business hours have passed since the upload and the status is still pending, contact the customer service team using the Start Conversation button at the bottom of this page so they can review your case.
