How do I verify my withdrawal method?

To verify your withdrawal method, you must upload a document that confirms you are the owner of the payment method used.

This validation is usually requested during your first withdrawal. Once the payment method is approved, your future withdrawals will be processed automatically without the need to send new documentation, unless additional review is required.

1. Required documents according to the payment method

Bank account

You must upload one of the following documents:

• Bank statement or account statement

• Bank certificate or confirmation

• Screenshot of your online banking (bank app or website)

The document must clearly show:

• Full name of the account holder

• Bank account number or CCI

• Logo or name of the financial institution

Credit or debit card

Upload a photo of the front of your card.

For security reasons:

• Cover the middle digits of the card

• Leave visible only the last four (4) digits

• The cardholder's name must be clearly visible

Digital wallets

You must upload a screenshot of your wallet profile, where the following are clearly visible:

• Full name of the owner

• ID or account number

• Platform logo

2. Steps to upload the documentation

1. Access the verification section
   Go to My Account → Profile → Verification Process → Other Documents.

2. Upload the file
   Select the corresponding document and make sure that:

   • The image is clear and legible

   • The document is complete (no cropping)

   • It has no digital edits

3. Confirm submission
   You will receive a notification by email and a message in your account when the validation is approved.

3. Review time

Our security team will review the documents within up to 72 hours. Once the payment method is marked as “Verified”, your withdrawal request will be processed automatically.
