The Rollover is the number of times you must wager your bonus before you can convert it into available balance for withdrawal.
If you try to make a withdrawal before completing this requirement, you will lose the bonus and any winnings generated from it.
1. How is the rollover calculated?
To calculate the rollover requirement, you must multiply the bonus amount by the number of times indicated in the promotion.
Example:
If you receive a bonus of S/ 100 with a rollover requirement of x5, you must place bets totaling S/ 500.
Important:
In some promotions, the rollover may apply:
Only to the bonus amount
To the sum of the deposit + bonus
We recommend reviewing the specific conditions of the promotion, as this may change the total amount you need to wager.
2. Conditions for your bets to count towards the rollover
For a bet to be valid and reduce the pending rollover, it must meet certain conditions.
Minimum odds
Place bets with odds equal to or greater than the minimum odds indicated in the promotion (for example, 1.50 or higher).
Lower odds
Bets with lower odds may be paid if they win, but will not count towards completing the rollover.
Excluded markets
Some markets or bet types may not be eligible for the rollover. For example:
Certain handicaps
Asian markets
Other specific markets defined in the promotion
Always check the terms and conditions of the promotion to know which bets are valid.
3. How to check your progress
You can check your rollover progress at any time.
Path:
My Account → Promotions → Active Promotions
There you can see:
Percentage completed
Amount still to be wagered
Promotion expiration date
You must complete the rollover before the promotion expiration date. In many cases, the period is up to 30 days, although it may vary depending on the offer.
If the period expires before completing the requirement, the remaining bonus balance will be removed.
