You can update your email address directly from your account if you still have access.
If you cannot log in, you will need to request the change through our support form.
If you have access to your account
Follow these steps to change your email address:
Log in to your account.
Go to Profile and select Edit profile.
Enter the new email address.
Enter your password to confirm the change.
You will receive a 4-digit verification code on your registered mobile number. Enter that code to continue.
Then you will receive a 5-digit verification code at your new email address.
Enter that code in the corresponding field within Edit profile.
Once both codes are verified, your email address will be automatically updated in your account.

Security verification
To protect your account, the system will require two verifications: a code sent to your registered mobile number and another code sent to your new email address.
Check your inbox
If you don’t find the email with the code, also check your spam or junk mail folder.
If you do not have access to your account
If you cannot log in, you will need to request the email address change through our contact form.
To process your request, send the following information using the new email address you want to register:
Full name
Username
Current email address
New email address
Our team will review the information and notify you when the change has been made.
