You can check at any time the status of the Bet, Loss, and Deposit limits, as well as the date and time they reset, directly from your account.
Access to gaming limits
To view the configured limits, follow these steps:
Log into your Betano account.
Go to My Account.
Select Profile.
Enter the Player Protection section.
Available information
Within this section, the following is displayed:
The type of limit set (Bet, Loss, or Deposit).
The period applied to each limit.
The exact date and time of reset for each one.
